We offer you Styrian specialities (improved and adapted to modern times), the pastries are exclusively made by our team and we offer you almost exclusively Styrian wines. 

"Passhöhe Schmankerln" („Passhoehe specialities“)
(from 6 persons on, after appointment)

  • Roast leg of lamb, roasted, with thyme sauce, baked potatoes & vegetables or

  • Norwegian wild salmon, roasted, with garlic butter or Riesling sauce, with vegetables and baked potatoes

... you will find almost always on the Passhoehe menu:

  • Salad with „Triebentaler Bauernkäse“ (cheese from farmers of the Triebental)

  • Leaf salads with pumpkin seed oil, tomatoes, beans and a locally cheese with herbs produced by the farmer „Braun“ from the Triebental

  • Soupe with wild garlic, Schilcher or Riesling

  • Lamb with thym sauce with baked potatoes & vegetables

  • Saddle of veal gratinated with Österkron, with Cuscus

  • Pork filet wrapped in bacon with baked potatoes and „Styrian salad“

  • Rahmschmarren (special Austrian dessert) with partridgeberries and almond ice cream

  • Topfenknödel (special Austrian dessert with junket) filled with nougat
